This welcome kit outlines everything you need to know to prepare for the event and ensure a smooth, successful day.

Arrival and Setup
Please arrive by 9:30 AM to allow adequate time for setup.
Early arrival is a great opportunity to network with fellow exhibitors and Energy Pavilion partners before doors open to attendees.
Upon arrival, your table will already be assigned, and our team will direct you to your designated location.
Single booth or single Energy Pavilion partner spaces include one table and two chairs.
Double booth or double Energy Pavilion partner spaces include two tables and four chairs.
If you have not purchased electricity and require power at your booth, please notify us through the Support Center.
No breakdown is permitted prior to 4:00 PM. Early breakdown disrupts the attendee experience and is not allowed.

We actively promote our exhibitors and Energy Pavilion partners leading up to and during the event. Submitting your assets and links helps us highlight your brand across our website, social media, and event materials.
